Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received by 30.05.2020 (11:59 pm CET) a cancellation fee of 50% EUR applies. The remaining amount of the congress fee will be refunded.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
Cancellation Insurance
To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend to take out a Congress-Cancellation Insurance of the European Travel Insurance.
