• An abstract of maximum 300 words should be submitted. 
• A maximum of five keywords should be provided.
• Oral presentations will be organized into parallell sessions.

The oral presentation abstract submission deadline: February 21st, 2020 -> extended to  February 29, 2020

• Notification of acceptance for oral presentations will be sent by email by mid-March.
• The abstract will be available in an online book of abstracts.

• Posters can be landscape or portrait. The poster boards can accommodate A0 size posters which we recommend.
• Poster presentation abstract deadline: February 21st, 2020 -> extended to  February 29, 2020
• E-Poster presenters obtain they key to their e-poster room 1st of July for setting up (layout, videos, presentation) plus detailled information.

Notification of acceptance for poster presentations will be sent by email!

• The authors will be required to give a 2 minute e-presentation video about their poster for the e-poster competition committee, e.g., who they are and what their poster is about.
• Each student creatively sets up the e-poster room in July.
