Prof. Dr. Peter Zweifel is Emeritus Professor for Energy Economics in Department of Economics at University of Zurich. From 1996 to 2005, he served on the Swiss Competition Commission. He is one of the founders of the International Journal of Health Care Finance and Economics. He retired from the University of Zurich in 2011 but continues to serve as a part-time professor, Vienna Diplomatic Academy. 

His keynote will be scheduled on the first conference day, the Monday late morning.

Prof. Greg Zaric, PhD is the MSc Faculty Director and a Professor in Management Science at the Ivey Business School. He previously held the Canada Research Chair in Health Care Management Science.

He does consulting work with several companies, such as the London Health Sciences Centre, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health, Several Pharmaceutical Companies and Stanford University.

His keynote will be scheduled on the second conference day, the Tuesday afternoon.
